At Simon & Brooks London, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached. Trying on items is permitted; wearing them is not.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at info@simonbrookslondon.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, along with further instructions.
Please note:
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related costs.
The return shipment must meet the following requirements:
- The parcel must be sent using a tracked shipping method (this is required).
- The parcel must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”.
- A low declared value must be used (e.g. £10–£15), and indicated as no commercial value to avoid customs issues.
After shipping your return, you must provide us with the tracking number
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 days via the original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Without sufficient evidence, we may not be able to process your request.
In such cases, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
